I love how a detailed analysis and solutions are given on topics that affect us the most like education, medicine, economics, race. It is great to have a podcast that allows communities of colors to demonstrate its ability to take a deep dive and ask the uncomfortable, critical questions around issues of housing, development, and jobs. Since TWiB! went on extended hiatus, I have been looking for a news podcast that covers the needs of people rather than pushing an agenda put forward as “for your own good.” ReWire’s Boom! Lawyered and TBGWT cover parts of that. This covers a lot of the rest in a more serious tone. This first episode is obviously well researched and will help you develop your knowledge of the impact of politics on people’s lives. I can’t wait for more.
