WOMEN EMPOWERMENT (my signature spoken word piece describes my For Divas Only Brand) When I refer to the term Diva! I use it as defined by the Urban dictionary, As it describes diva as a woman who exudes great style and personality. With confidence she knows who she is and shows it elegantly. Never allowing others to influence the essence of her being, she’s been through the test, She is a woman whose queenly character sets her apart from the rest. I speak to women, to awaken your beauty, to elevate you, to encourage you, that you may brighter shine, I just want to bring you to the realization that you don't have to be all that to be all that because you've been all that all the time. That's Right, you are all that and a venti Frappuccino, a bucket of Blue Bell ice cream and a chilled glass of wine; The bible even says you are fearfully and wonderfully made, means you were created perfect and divine. In retrospect we learn that failures, our mistakes were intentional in every way, God is intentional, It was all a part of our journey that we may blossom into the women we are today. You are you, you cannot measure your beauty, your status, or success, to anyone but you in life. I declare you are more than sister daughter mother more than girlfriend, more than wife. The true diva embraces her role in the home, yet she is an influencer be it local or on a global stage. She doesn’t seek power, she is power, her girl power is all the rage. This woman called Diva is the other half of man that makes all things perfect. She does it with Grace and flare. She is intelligent, she is loving, she's everything traditional, yet she is progressive and extraordinaire.  So I write, I teach I preach, I share so you might know. That you are worth more than precious rubies, flawless diamonds, more than your weight in gold. Phenomenal women, exceptional women magnificent women, you are everyone's sweet Valentine, So understand that you don’t have to be all that, to be all that, because you’ve been all that all the time.
