Cy: Ar fore braf, roedd eira'n gwisgo strydoedd y pentref canoloesol â'i wledd gwyn, ac roedd y farchnad yn brysur dros ben.
En: On a fine morning, snow dressed the streets of the medieval village with its white feast, and the market was extremely busy.

Cy: Dylwn chi weld y golwg!
En: You should have seen the sight!

Cy: Stondinau lliwgar yn gosod llif yr heolydd, yn llawn pob math o bethau—o fagiau o wlanen feddal i llysiau ffres a theisennau melys.
En: Colorful stalls lined the streets, full of all sorts of things—from bags of soft wool to fresh vegetables and sweet cakes.

Cy: Emrys, y gof, cerddodd rhwng y torfeydd.
En: Emrys, the blacksmith, walked through the crowds.

Cy: Gafaelodd ei law mewn dwylo Anwen, ei wraig gariadus, ac roedd Gareth, eu mab bywiog, yn rhedeg rhwng pobl, yn aruthrol o gyffrous.
En: He grasped the hands of Anwen, his beloved wife, and Gareth, their lively son, was running between people, tremendously excited.

Cy: "O Mam!
En: "Oh, Mom!

Cy: Dyma deisen fawr!
En: Here's a big cake!"

Cy: " waeddodd Gareth, yn tynnu sylw at stondin wen fesul melysion.
En: cried Gareth, drawing attention to a white stall of sweets.

Cy: "Cadw dy fygythiad, Gareth," chwarddodd Anwen.
En: "Hold your temptation, Gareth," laughed Anwen.

Cy: "Rhaid i ni gasglu popeth ar gyfer Diwrnod Santes Dwynwen.
En: "We need to gather everything for Saint Dwynwen's Day."

Cy: "Roedd Emrys yn dal i feddwl am ei ddyheadau.
En: Emrys was still pondering his ambitions.

Cy: "Anwen," dechreuodd, llais isel.
En: "Anwen," he began, his voice low.

Cy: "Hoffwn wneud mwy na dim ond creu offer.
En: "I wish to do more than just create tools.

Cy: Rwy’n teimlo y gallwn wneud gwahaniaeth i'r pentref.
En: I feel I can make a difference in the village."

Cy: "Bu Anwen yn aros, edrych ar Emrys â phryder.
En: Anwen waited, looking at Emrys with concern.

Cy: "Mae'n risg, Emrys," rhybuddiodd hi.
En: "It's a risk, Emrys," she warned.

Cy: "Dydyn ni ddim yn gwybod beth bydd yn dod â'r gaeaf.
En: "We don't know what winter will bring."

Cy: "O gwmpas, roedd y bobl yn sgwrsio a phrynu dan awyr oer, gyda mwg yn rhithro o'r topiau pren.
En: Around them, people chatted and shopped under the cold sky, with smoke drifting from the wooden rooftops.

Cy: Roedd sŵn cerddoriaeth a sŵn pobl yn swnian o bob cyfeiriad.
En: There was music and the murmur of conversations from every direction.

Cy: Roedd y farchnad yn weddol swnllyd.
En: The market was quite noisy.

Cy: "Hoffwn siarad â'r henuriaid," dywedodd Emrys.
En: "I'd like to speak with the elders," said Emrys.

Cy: "Mae gennyf syniad ar gyfer prosiect cymunedol.
En: "I have an idea for a community project.

Cy: Rydym yn cael cynnwrf gwneud y pentref yn well, yn fwy diogel".
En: We have the excitement to make the village better, safer."

Cy: Roedd Anwen yn fud, ond nodiodd yn araf.
En: Anwen was silent, but nodded slowly.

Cy: "Os yw'n wir rywbeth rydych chi'n angerddol amdano, byddaf yn eich cefnogi," dywedodd yn derfynol.
En: "If it's truly something you're passionate about, I will support you," she said finally.

Cy: Pan ddaeth amser, safodd Emrys i fyny yn llygad y farchnad brysur.
En: When the time came, Emrys stood in the heart of the bustling...
