HELLO EVERYONE AND WELCOME TO THE FLOW WITH LO' PODCAST! From Stellies, to the World.

This week's episode is special because i got to bring on one of my oldest friends, Ashleigh, who i sometimes call 'Bra Ash' because please- so Boss. While sipping on some adult juice and taking a break frim a movie marathon, we jumped onto the mics and continued the chat we were having DURING the movie, lol. 

I enjoyed this chat so much because these are the vibes I want to encapsulate and share with all of you. Opinions, comments and questions that naturally come up in a conversation when you are really HAVING A CONVERSATION. I want to know more and I want to share crazy stuff that happened, and then hear about your crazy stuff.
