In this short episode I begin to share what I think will be an evolving concept around that of the divine femininity.
This past week included International Women's Day and I wanted to share some specific reflections on a nuanced personal perspective.
In this episode I share:
- How identity can be limiting, and sometimes create divisiveness;
- How the rise of the divine feminine which is energetic and not exclusive to gender, seems to be a collective emerging theme;
- How toxic male patriarchy should not be confused with the divine masculine,
- That doing the shadow work and healing the inner child wounds is a necessary part of ascending and claiming and embracing the divine feminine within, and
- that as women we can start to shift our experience by healing the deep sister wound, and addressing jealousy and competition among ourselves.

This episode is power and profound. Recorded on the first day of March, 2022. Emily and I were very candid and vulnerable about current events, and our experience of them.
In this episode, we discuss:
-Our experience of February which was unexpected;
-Current events and how that corresponds to the astrology of March, and previous patterns and world events;
-We dive into the age of Aquarius, which is upon us and what that means broadly;
-We discuss he energies of divine feminine and masculine, and what it means to embody them;
-We share the role of consciousness and how "being" and embracing our own self-sovereignty can help the collective.
If you are feeling overwhelmed with current events, following a very hard couple of years, you are not alone, and it is ok to feel deep grief and joy at the same time. Listen in as we share our own reflections as we process our own experiences of this time and messages for the month to come.

I have been hearing reference to Human Design and the different types on so many of the podcasts that I listen to and the different people that I follow - so I have been very curious to learn more about what it is and understand what my "type" is and what that means for me.
It was incredibly serendipitous when Kalie and I met and connected, and I was thrilled at the opportunity to have my chart read, and to learn about my own human design type, and begin my journey into understanding this incredible system.
Before we start - get your own chart so you can follow along and learn about yourself:

We can all sigh an exhale of relief as we head into the beautiful energy this coming month.
Emily provides what the Stars have to say, and I pull the cards and share what messages I receive and here are some of the highlights:
The theme for the month is progress, things are finally going to feel like they are moving forward
Aquarius energy moves us into more flow and collaboration opportunities and experiences
Connection and coming together will be themes that emerge this month
This is great time to take a courageous step towards starting a business or following your heart - you are supported and reminded to trust
Intuition will be heightened and you may feel more connection with your spirit team, angels or your own intuition
February 10-17 is a powerful time for change, rebirth and transformation.
Listen to the full episode to get all the juicy details so you can plan your most aligned month.
Emily and I also shared about the tremendous success and transformation we are humbled and honoured to support in our Manifest with the Stars program We can't say enough good things about these women and their success. We hadn't planned to offer this 4 week program again until next year, but after watching the profound transformation that has occurred in just four weeks, we have decided that we will offer it again. Details and timing TBD.

In this week's episode, I share a new or perhaps different perspective around the role and potential of trauma and how to heal from it, or more accurately, through it.
Preamble: I am not a therapist or counsellor, and I am not giving advice from a professional perspective, but instead, sharing my own lived experience in the hope that it may help you in yours. Take what resonates and dismiss what doesn't.
Like all things, trauma is an energetic experience that manifests in our physical reality as repeating patterns, thoughts beliefs and behaviours.
I share my a personal story of creating a trauma response, from my experience with my first-born son, who was incredibly colicky. It wasn't until my second son was born that I learned of how very much the experience of the incredible fear and anxiety reaction broke me open in all directions, including deepening my capacity to love and experience joy.
Fear becomes powerful when we give it meaning, when we give it space and weight in our reality. I share a simple technique in the show to start to get our of you head an into you body to not only face, but release your fear and create space to call in or manifest a new version of you.
New spring offering for 1:1 and group session will soon be announced! If you would like to be the first to know - reach out directly:

I have been following Bridget on social media an I was thrilled to have the opportunity to sit down and talk to her about organizing and decluttering. I find Bridget has a very practical and accessible approach to this topic that is refreshing and relatable.
Personally, I feel that physical space is a reflection of our mental space and can have a profound impact on our mental load, so I was grateful for the opportunity to connect with Bridget, all the way down under.
In this episode we discuss:
How Bridget moved from a corporate role with the Australian Public Service into her current role as a mental load coach;
Her "stop l focus l notice" method;
The connection between physical and mental space;
How to engage the whole family and move beyond owning all of this responsibility in your household;
How to set-up your home for yourself, and not for guests;
How to create launch pads and space boundaries;
Systems and structures to create consistency;
How Bridget has redefined success to live a happier and intentional life on her terms, and
How doing this work transforms your life.

In this episode I risk coming across as moderately neurotic - because I share the nitty gritty details of how I manage and run many of the systems in our home and life.
Being intentional is a choice, that is achieved through many micro-actions and habits that accumulate over time. One of my goals is always to create more freedom - energetic, emotional, time and financial freedom to focus on what matters most to me.
In order to do this, I have realized overtime that I need to have consistent systems and structures in my life to support this. I share the details of the basic day to day life stuff that I do to achieve just that.
I share:
-High touch point areas in your home and thing to consider to makes these areas run more smoothly, including gear, entryways, kitchen, meals, and closets;
-I talk about how I structure my day and my week to be intentional, and I share
-How I prioritize myself and what micro-habits I am working on, and have mastered.
Full disclaimer: I am working on as much as I have figured out, and this episode shares some tips that I use that have worked for me, but does not intend to suggest that I have it any more together than anyone else.
I hope you find this helpful! Please take the time to share this with a friend and rate and review the podcast, it really helps the podcast grow.
