You may be aware that new IR35 legislation will come into effect on April 6th, 2021. This means there will be a change in the governmentโs rules around how contractors are categorised to pay tax. It's a law all care homes should be aware of.
From April this year, you will only be able to hire PAYE staff for shifts through Florence.
