This series is terrific, not just about the extremes but the stories within the story - e.g., astronaut personal bags and collection management. Well constructed. Great voice. Just fascinating.

The Museum of Flight is a fantastic organization that is doing great things for the promotion of and education about aviation’s role in the world. Most fascinating is their work to provide insight into the history of the people for whom aviation and aerospace played a major role in their life - everything from commercial airlines, military flight, personal craft, freight, and space flight.

Great stuff! Yet another terrific Museum of Flight program.

Just listened to the first episodes of The Flight Deck from the Museum of Flight! For aviation and history enthusiasts, or those who want to be, this is lifetime learning made easy, providing interesting and enjoyable insights into some technical and not so technical aspects of flight with Museum of Flight artifacts as a backdrop. It’s a great listen!

The first four have been very enjoyable. The podcasts cover interesting subjects and are lively and fun to hear. These are the type of stories you hear on docent tours at the museum. I also learned where I can take a 25 year old video tape to see about getting it restored. Very helpful!

These are well researched stories that give the listener a bit of history into the world of aviation or a glimse behind the curtain to explain how the museum prepares artifacts for public presentation. The episodes are short (about 15 minutes) so they are don't overwhelm the listener with too much info all at once.
