I'm excited to talk about peace today. In this week's word study, we'll see how peace is used as a greeting/farewell, as a product of trusting in God, as a path to Jesus, and as a bond of unity. I hope this will move you to spend some time praying through how you'd like to see peace manifested in your own life through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Today we move onto a new fruit of the spirit. The second fruit is JOY! What a fabulous word to study and learn a little bit more about. I think we can all use a little more joy right now. We will read about joy in the Psalms, Matthew, and Acts.

Today begins a new series on Galatians 5:22-23! Galatians 5:22-23 reads, "By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things." Each week, we'll take a look at each of the fruit of the spirit. This week we're going to study love as the first fruit of the spirit listed in this passage.

Join us this week as we look at Luke 5:12-16 and Ecclesiastes 3. These passages are great reminders about what's important in life as well as ways to navigate what we're experiencing right now.
