Hey Guys! I am very excited about this podcast episode. Not the regular type of excited though... I have been struggling with a lot of anxiety and stress both from work and other areas of my life. It has led to some conviction of how little I have obeyed God in resting and finding time to acknowledge the Sabbath day as a place of worship, restoration, and delight in the Lord. I don't know much about the sabbath. What I do know is that I desperately need it. But so does America, and SO DO YOU! Let me know what you guys think !

I have been struggling with fear ever since I have gotten saved. It has been a constant battle that has drove me to my knees in prayer. The Lord has shown me some wisdom in CHOOSING not to fear instead of praying for it to just magically disappear. Hope you guys enjoy!
