Anthony Williams is the Head Coach of the baseball program at Frostburg State University, a Division II school in Frostburg, Maryland.  He played collegiately at Slippery Rock University, a Division II program out of Pennsylvania.  He began his coaching career in 2009 as a graduate assistant at Frostburg State.  While there from 2009-2010 he was also a recruiting coordinator, hitting and infield coach.  Then, in 2011 he spent one season as an assistant coach for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).  Next, from 2012-2016 he was the Head Coach at Pittsburgh Greensburg, a Division III program.  While there, he was also a part of the Pittsburg Pirates Video Advanced Scouting Department.  From 2017-2019 he was the Head Coach at Clarion University, a Division II program based in Pennsylvania.  Then, in 2020 he was hired on at Frostburg State as the Head Coach, where he still remains. 

In this episode, we start off talking about what it was like for Anthony as he stepped into his first Head Coaching position at such a young age, focusing on the challenges that he faced throughout that time.  We than dive into Coach Williams thoughts on assistant coaches and how he goes about assigning them responsibilities in his program.
