Sarah Kleiner is a yoga teacher and mother to an amazing and powerful 10 year old little little girl with autism, apraxia and sensory processing disorder. Sarah has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching yoga for 6 years, and has been on a self-care journey as she has struggled to raise a child who never fits the conventional mold. Join Sarah as she brings on guests to talk about topics like depression, trauma, PTSD, nutrition, health and overall wellbeing to support people living with chronic stress in the caregiver role.
