Hey guys! I've taken a few weeks off for some mental and emotional refocusing. This last few weeks, I've had an experience that has literally changed my life, and I want to share this with you. It starts with an almost complete emotional break down, and ends with a less then conventional form of therapy that literally changed my life.

The Valkyrie were Norse gods who flew over battle fields on glorious wings, and swords that could cleave a man in two. These powerful women watched the battles and chose who would win, or lose; who would live or die. 

We each have a Valkyrie in ourselves, a warrior god that choses if we live or die in our daily battles. With the pressures of work, family, community, parenting and the thousands of other things, MANY WOMEN HAVE GIVEN UP. I was one of those women.
