Long time, no hear! Two and half years would appear to have passed by since the last episode which, if I remember correctly, was set in Australia.So, what’s been happening? A lot, as we will discover together, dear listener (I believe there is one) on the never ending journey to Finding my Happy, Living it, Loving it!

It’s been over two years since the last podcast so lots to catch up on. I have moved from Bristol and this episode is brought to you live from Adelaide. I hope you are all well and life is treating you good.

Look back at the Euro’s, the heatwave, the rain, visit Lyme Regis, GP’s , Uni work, the stock market and wherever else my mind wanders

So what’s been happening, lockdown blues, uni meltdown, I take on the stock market and a weird reaction to 2nd vaccine!

Today we take a walk in the snow, discover I’d be rubbish at winter survival, reflect on why America is not so great and give free advice to students on how not to do assignments.

Well 2020 is gone, 2021 is here and to be honest other than the 1 at the end of the year little seems to have changed. However not to be down hearted, I look at how cold its been, McDonalds,  the gym, personal fitness, how personal trainers are the devils spawn, hernia's, Greta Thornberg and the ongoing battle over the environment. So, 2020 is finally coming to an end, a year that has challenged our very exsistance on this earth. As we await the New Year, the deployment of vaccines and the hope of a return to normality I ponder the idea of maybe the world as a whole considering a different noramilty, one that reconnects us to this beautiful, wonderous planet we live on.
