In case you are wondering who St. Dymphna is as well as why I am talking about her, hold that thought, you’re about to learn all about it. But before I go there, welcome back! I love that you decided to listen in to yet another episode of Finding Her Happiness. You may now be wondering, why oh why Mary are you talking about a saint with a very weird name? Don’t you know that I need for you to keep telling me ways in which I can find happiness? Yes, of course I know and I have not forgotten about helping you find your happiness. Believe it or not, I feel certain that through the lives of these incredible saints, you will, if nothing else, see how happiness can be found in the strangest of ways.

I have decided that I want to periodically showcase a particular female saint. I want to do so both as a way to learn more about these amazing women as well as to give examples of strong Catholic women who once were sinners and now, through the grace and mercy of God, are saints. My hope is to give you, a sinner, hope while showing you that it is indeed possible for someone like you, someone like me to become a saint.
