Joining us today on the Hardwick Life Podcast is a friend of mine, Lonie Paxton.

Lonie is best known as one of the greatest long snappers of his era in the NFL, which spanned 12 years and 250 total games. He played 9 years with the New England Patriots and 3 years with the Denver Broncos. He won 3 Super Bowl Championships with the Patriots, which were Super Bowls 36, 38, and 39. He is a member of the last team to go back to back winning a Super Bowl. He snapped on 9 of Adam Vinatieri’s game-winning field goals, including famously the Tuck Rule game against the Raiders in 2001, in which the Pats won 16-13, advancing them to the AFC Championship game. And he snapped another game-winner at the beginning of the Pats dynasty in their win over the greatest show on turf, the St. Louis Rams.

Since retiring, Lonie went to work for Go Pro as their senior marketing manager in Global Sports.

He now is a strategic advisor for multiple companies, including Power Dot, KindHumans (he was on this call from his Kind Humans bus, and he is a strategic advisor for Nocking Point Wines.

We gain a ton of insight into performing at the most critical moments when seemingly it’s all on the line, his relationship with Tom Brady, who I now consider the greatest competitor of all time, and we dig into the inspiring projects that he’s got going on now.
