Tips: Put the work in, hustle every day. Build up clientele before you ease back. Don’t be thirsty & take on every job. Protect your reputation. Find the right people. Increased activity does not mean profitability. Keep it simple and clean. Read books on business on finance & operating business. Always give value regardless of money.
Frenemies: Employees who try to steal the business model, HVAC installations not up to code. Schools that don’t teach the business side.
