What's going on guys! I wanted to give you an update on that property that I was trying to buy down in Florida. Unfortunately I did not go as planned because the inspection revealed that the property needed closer to $80,000 worth of work instead of the $30,000 that I was anticipating. I also want to give you an update on where I'm turning my sites as far as the next property I want to purchase and how I'm doing that.&nbsp;
