Is there ever someone you know you want to meet but you're not sure how because of their social status? Or is there someone you look up to that you want to work for? It's a very common issue in the real estate space and one of the best piece of advice I ever got was provide value to that person for free endlessly and eventually they will come and offer you something in return.
