On this episode Cyreta and I discuss how millennials are wrestling with planning for the needs of their aging parents. As they deal  with small children their careers and managing their own debt they are now grappling with caring for parents and their potential healthcare needs.  They are considering their roles as their parents may have little to no resources if nursing home care is needed.
