QUALITY CONTENT!!!! I stumbled upon this podcast over a cup of david’s tea with cinnamon this morning , and I immediately fell in love!!

I struggle to keep up with my workout habits.. I never even thought that the consistency was what I’ve been lacking... The entire concept of the compound effect is pretty obvious although i suppose it’s the obvious things we don’t pay much attention to, being more aware of my choices has greatly changed the ways that Ive gone about spending my free time. thank you!!!
