Tim was the first investor who has purchased 3 properties from Storehouse 3:10 Ventures. Tim talks about how his passion, his hussle, and his why drives him to success. Tim has used his VA loan to house hack, has done a 1031 exchange to increase his net worth, and has partnered with family and friends to use private money to do more deals. Tim has big plans; he's gone back to school for real estate and is networking like crazy. He now owns enough real estate to be at phase 1 of financial freedom, but he's stepping up his game with plans to do a lot more in order to serve and pursue his why.
