She has written all of the permanent content on Lovefraud and more than 1,100 blog posts. She has also written multiple books, created videos, conducted multiple online surveys and has presented research to the Society for the Scientific Study of Psychopathy. Donna also founded Lovefraud Continuing Education, which offers online courses for survivors and mental health professionals on identifying, escaping and recovering from sociopaths. She shares her personal experience about her husband defrauded her as well as many others out of a million dollars. She has been featured on some Investigation Discovery TV episodes. She also shares red flags to be aware of if you are dating someone who might be a sociopath as well as how to recover from these type of toxic relationships. We discuss her newest book: Senior Sociopaths – How to recognize and escape lifelong abusers. It reveals that most sociopaths never stop their manipulative and deceptive behavior. The common wisdom in the mental health field is that sociopaths “burn out” in their 40s and engage in less antisocial behavior. Several psychiatry textbooks directly state this. According to Donna’s research, it’s not true. Senior Sociopaths is based on surveys of 2,377 Lovefraud readers who described their experiences with sociopaths who were age 50 or older. The bottom line is that of the respondents who knew the sociopaths both before and after age 50, 91% said their behavior was just as bad or worse as they got older.Senior Sociopaths - How to recognize and escape lifelong abusers | Lovefraud | Escape sociopaths - narcissists in relationshipsCourses on escaping sociopaths, narcissists and relationship abuse - Lovefraud Continuing EducationDonna Andersen (@lovefraud.official) • Instagram photos and videosLovefraudLessons - YouTubeAshley (@filledupcup_) • Instagram photos and videosFilled Up Cup - Unconventional Self Care for Modern Women

She is the CEO of Executive Medicine of Texas and the well-renowned host of the nationally syndicated, decade spanning Stay Young radio show and now the Stay Young, America! Podcast. We discuss her book: Love, Life and Lucille: Lessons Learned from a Centenarian. While writing a book on longevity, Judy interviewed Lucille, an elegant and spirited woman who had just recently turned 100. Lucille had the fashion and style of old Hollywood, but it was all hidden behind the doors of her assisted living center. What began as a quick meeting became a lasting friendship that transformed into an inseparable bond. Lucille brought incredible wisdom and great stories to the table, while Judy provided an avenue for excitement and new opportunities. Together, the two began living life to the fullest, and meeting the most interesting people along the way (including Suzanne Somers). But then Lucille’s life came to an end through unexpected and unfortunate circumstances—and the very first lesson she ever taught Judy proved to be the most important one of all.We discuss mentorship and friendship and how it is so important to be open to both relationships. Judy talks about a wonder teacher she had in high school that made such a positive impact on her life by just being himself and being a steady person in her life. The people that we can be a light for or the people that can be a light for us can truly not only impact our lives but can create a generational shift for entire families. We are both motherless daughters. We talk about our experience with grief and what it feels like to be a part of a club that no one really wants to join. On this episode I am joined by Dr. Joseph D Pianka. He is a Physician/Gastroenterologist and author of It's All In Your Head. He has been a board-certified practicing gastroenterologist in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, for over twenty years. A devout husband and father of three, he is also an avid surfer, snowboarder, fly-fisherman, and outdoor enthusiast. Combining his expertise pertaining to fitness and nutrition, his unique perspectives regarding psychology, faith, and self-motivation, and his love of athletics and pop culture, Pianka’s ultimate goal is to help as many people as possible who struggle to find motivation in regards to health and fitness.Medical providers are prone to dark moments, and life can be incredibly overwhelming. Pianka has personally always found ways to rise above his dark moments through his athletic hobbies and focus on family, but early in the COVID-19 pandemic, he fell into a spiral at the the prospect of being unable to care for those who depended on him. With a television announcing early statistics about pandemic mortality playing in the background while he learned that a significant portion of his practice—and ability to care for patients—was being restricted, he had an emotional breakdown. Facing physician burnout and depression, Pianka decided to sit down and write an outline about staying fit and healthy in a seemingly chaotic existence, and he kept writing until the sun came out (literally and metaphorically). What began as a simple reference guide for his patients, conceptualized prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, evolved into an unexpected second career as an inspirational writer. And, once it seemed possible after publication, he realized he wasn’t done yet: All of his proceeds from the book will be donated to Ukraine relief. This book is entirely about creating meaningful difference for others, and the people in the Ukraine are the most in need of help right now. “Profits that would mean little to me in the grand scheme of things may mean everything to some of them.” It’s All in Your Head was written directly for everyday individuals with busy lives and varied hobbies. Rather than another “how to” manual, it is a “why to” guide through the complicated space of fitness and nutrition. Incorporating the fundamental principles universal to successful diet and fitness programs and teaching self-motivation skills, It’s All in Your Head unlocks doors to previously unrecognized potential and the ability to maintain fitness dreams. We have an in depth conversation about his personal experience with burnout and what the pandemic has been like from a front line workers perspective. We talk about the warning signs to look for, ways to start making positive changes and what he knows helped him permanently change things both mentally and physically. Joseph D.
