my take on a classical string quartet

An example of the Italian baroque gigue, which derives from the British jig. The first and second notes of each triplet are slurred, resulting in an accentuation of the third note of each triplet set, giving it a lively dance feel. The structure, in keeping with true jig form, is AABB.
