Good quality show: Not too serious, yet informative and well-de scripted history (fiction too) Audio quality up to snuff (works well in the car) General used-to-be-roommates-in-college vibe Good for a couple laughs, but more importantly, a good loose account of historical and fictional history

This podcast combines several things I’m into: a love of history, a love of geekdom, and a passion for battle strategy and tactics. Seriously cool podcast, if you’re into any of those things. Plus, the guys hosting are legitimately dynamic and carry the lengthy episodes at a great pace. I’m a fan!

Fantastic!!! A genuine historical narrative with hilarious commentary.

Ya like battles? Did you sit through the the Clone Wars just to see the clones show up at the end and be awesome? When you were in history class and your teacher said, “hey we’ll be talking about World War II... but we won’t be talking about the fighting.” did you begin violently rocking back and forth in your chair? Then this is your podcast! You’ll laugh and learn as you’re told that camels only have one hump... oh and the battles, at long last you can hear all there is to hear about all the battles; real and less real. Fantastic podcast, glad I stumbled on it!
