This is a word that brings up so much emotion.  Think about it, sit in it for a minute.  I am sure specific times in your life popped into your mind.  It is crazy how one word can create so many memories and also how those memories have created deep feelings.  Sandra and Heather spend time talking about what it has meant to them and who they have been.  As well as how they feel about it now.  Sandra shares about being stuck and not obeying.   It came down to her not feeling worthy.  We dig deep and our hope is that if you are feeling this way, that you know you are worthy and loved!   "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. It really does matter who you surround yourself with.  From successful athletes to successful business owners, it is interesting who they hang around with.  The people that are in your business, your personal life, and your spiritual life all have an impact on you.  The question is, are the people you surround yourself with helping you achieve your business or personal goals, or are they keeping you from hitting your full potential?  Sandra talks about her recent experience with a group of people she hung out with and how it helped her stay on track with her fitness journey.   She also talks about how relationships are like trees.   You are not going to want to miss this part!   Heather and Sandra also share some of the people that have influenced them and how they have also been influenced.

Perspective….what a spicy subject!  Sandra and Heather have a crazy deep conversation around how our perspective is being challenged daily.  We have so many things that we have opinions on, or that we are passionate about, and sometimes we lose perspective.  We lose what is really important and who Jesus called us to be.  We get lost in all the posts and comments we forget to love our neighbor as ourselves.  It is easy to say, not always easy to show.  Heather and Sandra share how they have lost perspective, and how they use love and compassion to help them be kind and open-hearted.

Perfect defined by the dictionary is "Having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be".  Heather and Sandra talk about what perfect has looked like for them.  How always trying to have an image of what and who we should be on the outside.  Always being put together, our kids being a certain way, to how God reminds us who we really are and how truly wonderfully made we are. Being defined by Him, not the world is not always easy to accept.  We hope you are reminded who you are and how beautifully and uniquely made you are, even with our imperfections, we are loved!
