Paul was born with cerebral palsy and it was so severe that the doctors told his mom that he would never be able to walk. Thank goodness for a wonderful mom and a great mindset that wasn’t his story.
He was able to overcome it and is now able to live a very active life. It wasn’t easy however to get to that point.
Our mind goes to what we think about, so that's why it's important to fill our mind with positive things, like what we are grateful for in our life. It's just as important to love ourself on who we are right now, not who we were in the past or who we want to be in the future but who we are now.

When Danie Muniz was about to get married, she got entangled in a HUGE fight just two weeks before the big day with her fiance.
It wasn’t their first, but here she was on her knees on the bathroom floor. Her heart was racing, couldn’t breathe and all the lies she has been living came out with a gut wrenching action as she throws-up all over her black pants and a white button shirt. It was at that moment she decided to end her abusive relationship and start living her life for herself!
3 Takeaways from this interview:
1. You always have a choice.
2. Perfection is a habit. (and habits can be broken)
3. There is love, happiness, joy and abundance after an abusive relationship.

When her sister was diagnosed with a rare disease 7 yrs ago, she left her newly awarded tech startup, left her family and her son and run to save her. Three months later her sister had a team of doctors and she was left miserable at home. For the first time in my life I asked for help outside of friends and family.
Through that she discovered that we all have roles, fulfilling her role when she put my sister top on her priority list, discovering to follow specific roles and fulfilling other people's expectations.
She took this opportunity at the age of 40 to find who she truly was, what she wanted, who she wanted to become.
Takeaways:
1. It is OK to ask for help. We are not here on this Earth to deal with life on our own. I asked for help in my 40s and I have never stopped since.
2. Putting ourselves top on our list, is our responsibility, it is not selfish!
3. You can make your wildest dream, your reality. Dare to dream your life as you want it and never stop. Success is certain.
With a PhD, 25 years of experience, having travelled around the world, She had to lose everything in life so I can find her true self. Since then I she is helping leaders live their dream lives with increased self-awareness by getting rid of all beliefs and roles others imposed on them for years.
