This is the kind of podcast I’ve been looking for! I love Cristy’s openness while discussing the challenges that come with SDE, and letting us know we aren’t alone. Her push to get us the listeners to find and follow our own passions not only as an example for our kids, but out of love for ourselves is something I know I need to hear. I look forward to tuning in to learn more and hear her soothing voice.
