In my opinion James is a real hero.  At one point he faced a 50% chance of dying or having to have his guts cut out, he battled through illness for over four years, searching and eventually succeeding in finding a natural way to heal himself.   Today he shares some pivotal points in his journey, including when, in a very uncomfortable situation, he found the strength to carry on. He explains how we can become healthier, and take a preventative approach, and shares his inspiring taken on life – that next week isn’t guaranteed, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, so it’s important to crack on with what we need to do now.
