Stuffing and pie and cake, oh my!  If you are anything like me, you may have enjoyed yourself a little too much over this past holiday, but it's not the end of the world, nor is it a reason to feel food guilt or think you can't get back on track, because YOU CAN!  In today's episode, I share just how much I enjoyed ALL THE FOOD, but how, having a game plan in place and following some of my easy tips can help you get back on track after a holiday binge.
