It's funny how sometimes we spend so much time beating ourselves up over not being further along on our journeys instead of celebrating the wins and recognizing how far we've come.  Well...seeing my first 5K race bib the other night alongside a wall of race medals really put some things into perspective.  Maybe my story can do the same for you too.
