On todays episode I am joined by friend and fellow martial artist Mr Seth Hoffman.  We had a lot to talk about and covered lots of different subjects such as bullying, careers, marital issues and seeking help for all of the above.  Seth has been through a lot and after seeking help and working on himself is in a great place.  I am looking forward to a real world catch up.
