Ghost Hunter Dave
One of my faves.
I’ve been a big fan of the other shows Slim has produced in the past, but I think he’s found his niche with this one. His love for podcasting has always shown through on previous shows, but his love for people is what makes this podcast stand out from the rest. He’s taken his enthusiasm for producing a quality show and turned it into a platform for other people to share what they are passionate about. Personally, I think the open and casual format will keep this show fresh and relevant for a long time to come. It’s a real treat to watch, or in this case, listen to someone hit their stride.

A Breath of Fresh Air
This is a wonderful podcast where the host interviews people by talking about something they like. It is both a laid back podcast and a very professional sounding podcast. I recommend this to anyone because the subjects change practically eery episode.

Refreshing, brilliant concept
Here's a host who digs into the gritty of WHY people love what they love by asking the right questions; Matt K does his homework to foster real connections w/ guests. If his interview style were a beer, it’d be a well-poured, thought-provoking Guinness on a tiki bar backlit by holiday lights. I'll keep listening to FAVES because it makes my days brighter, reminding me what talk, at its core, is really about: connecting with others.

Authentic As It Gets
In a day and age where many conversations are had without sound and with a screen, your old pal Slim is able to get you a seat at the table with him and his guest, and to really connect as though you’re right there with them. Whether it be movies, books, laughter, love, or just connecting, definitely download Faves and Fire it up every Monday morning. Oh, and don’t forget to check out halfdoubledesign.com. You won’t regret it!

A Lovecast to Fandom
I have listened to a lot of podcasts in my time.
In all my time consuming podcasts I've never heard anything like Faves.
This is a refined, well produced, well interviewed series about fandom, discovery and happiness -- and I love it.
If you're like me, you may look at the list of episodes and wonder why you would find it interesting to listen to someone talk about a 1944 musical. And then when you decide to listen to that episode, and you really need to listen to that episode, you'll realize that this is something you've missed in your life.
Then, as you listen to the rest of the episodes and you learn about more about cheese, Tom Cruise, ballet, independent comic creation and fandoms of all types, you'll realize that this podcast is giving you a gift of finding joy and excitement in subjects that you may have always been interested in, but it is here to enjoy in a brilliant way.
This is really a special series that Matt and his guests are giving us. I can't recommend this more highly.

More like Love in Bio
A great premise for a show. Matt takes folks he holds in high regard and he asks them what they love. In turn he watches, reads, experiences a little of their favorite things and they talk about it on the shyow. Eye opening and gets you wanting to love what others love. To see Matt be affected by what affects others is the best. Also they talk about Chevy Chase and wrestling sometimes. Perfect running time and of the highest quality that Paperkeg’s other amazing shows are known for. Bravo.

Great interviews, fun podcast... and reminder to actually engage with those around us.
Amazing diversity of topics and interviews... movies, books, and engaging conversations.
Thoroughly enjoy each episode and grateful for the over-arching theme in each one: today’s microwave and social media society has made in depth conversations more of a rarity. This podcast serves as a great example of the power of personal connections.

Love The Format!
The concept of this podcast is fantastic, the host reveiws a piece of entertainment picked by his guest. So prior to having the guest on the podcast, Matt reads/watches whatever the guest wants to review on the episode. So it's awesome hearing Matt's first impression on the piece of media along with the passon and love for that same piece of media from the guest. It's one of my favorite podcast to listen to, I highly recommend it to anyone.

Like a great conversation with good friends
Link in Bio is a fantastic podcast. Slim has a personal relationship with most of the people he interviews and the topics are subject that his guests are passionate about. The intersection creates fascinating, intriguing and unique conversation.

‘Marty’ was a good episode
It was great getting to hear a creator like Chuck Forsman talk about things that inspire them and it introduced me to a good movie I don’t think I would have found otherwise. Thanks!

Interviewing At It's Finest
Mr. Kolowski had made a name for himself over the years on a number of excellent podcasts in the past and he continues this high quality production with this new project. It bares no difference whether you are a first time listener or someone who has followed his career, you will be hooked listening to him interview the people in his life and bringing their qualities about their character to life through the simple premise of asking about some thing which is near and dear to them. Take a moment and listen to an episode and you will see how easily these people will feel like someone you know personally.

The Best. Two Generations of Hunks talk about life.
Rising from the ashes of the Paperkeg podcast, comes this amazing jewel of a show. The first episode with Mr. Joseph Kolowski, sharing his knowledge and love of cinema, is as infectious as it is heart warming. The man is a walking encyclopedia of cinema history and amazingly charming. The interplay and dynamic between the world’s most handsome podcaster and the worlds most charming podcast guest. You should stop whatever it is your doing and subscribe to this show. Right now.
