Only wish it was daily
This in an honest review. I read and listen to Daniel Gordis regularly and find myself agreeing with him far more often than not. When reading or listening to Peter Beinart, I often feel my blood pressure rising, and I will at times have an immediate negative emotional response and will find myself arguing in my head (or even out loud) with written words or those coming from a flickering screen - neither of which make for a good debate partner. I would never, ever subscribe to a Peter Beinart-only podcast, and I imagine there are a great many who feel similarly about Daniel Gordis. Hence the brilliance of this Podcast. Peter Beinart supporters may otherwise never be exposed to the intellectual and nuanced view of Daniel Gordis, and Daniel Gordis supporters like myself would similarly never be exposed to Peter Beinart or at least much past the point where I stop reading or change the channel with haste. In this age of entrenched and increasingly extreme positions strengthened minute-by-minute with twitter feeds loaded only with like-minded, and often not-at-all-fact-checked voices, hearing out these opposing views shared respectfully is a matter of supremely important public policy for the betterment of society.

Reclaiming Jewish conversations
The best conversations about being Jewish in the 21st century I heard in along time.

Excellent!
Peter Beinart and Daniel Gordis should be available to more people. I do not have enough friends to spread the word to. :) Intelligent and thought provoking. I found them during my search for information other than that offered on TV. Thanks to you both. I have also found your books and articles now too.

Fascinating and engaging
For people who can appreciate two sides of a story, this podcast is enriching. For people who refuse to see the legitimacy of an opposing view, this podcast is essential.
When will a new podcast be released? I can't wait!

big faults of fault line
Gordis is an honest centrist/center right, Jew who loves Judaism and Israel.
The program gives a platform to Beinart to continue his never ending attacks on Israel, while making everyone's case but that of his own people. For example, his charge that American Jewish youth are turning their backs on Israel, because Israel has become illiberal, is another irresponsible stab in the back of the Jewish State, which is under BDS, UN, NGO, etc etc seige around the world.
American youth are turning away from Israel because their parents and teachers are not educating them about the 21st century's miracle of Israel sitting in the middle of a 7th century Muslim world and the fact that there has been no Israeli "occupation" for the past 23 years, since the Oslo Accords, which gave Arafat and now Abbas, rule over 90% of their people, on their own area A land.

Unlistenable
Every time Gordis is speaking, Beinart is audibly going "mm hmm, hmm, mm mm." It's so goddamn annoying and makes this podcast all but unlistenable.

Like It!
Just listened to Episode 6 of Fault Lines, and really enjoyed it. The subject matter AND the thoughtful and respectful discussion of conflicting views was very enjoyable, and illuminating.

Love your podcast
I just discovered this podcast (I am a committed and fervent reader of The Forward) and I love it! I have listened to all 5 episodes and I cannot wait for the next 5,000 (from my mouth to God's ears.)
I love the erudite, articulate and clear discussions and I have learned something new from all of them.
This podcast is such a refreshing listen as compared to Unorthodox, which to me is full of sarcasm and a strong inclination to make fun of everything Jewish. I guess there is enough space for both kinds of podcasts.
I am just glad that I happened to try yours as well.
Thank you for your fine work and may it go on forever! Yishar ko'ach!

Binged first four episodes
While Gordon and Beinart are both annoying (in text and audio), they press forward interesting conversations and I appreciate their funny arguing banter. Would recommend and I enjoyed how they explored topics outside of politics as it produced a less predictable conversation.

This is what intelligent and thought provoking discussions sound like. Thank you to the Forward for engaging in this important project. This is long overdue.

Should Be Required Listening on Israel's Situation
Such a great and important podcast! Both Beinart and Gordis are thought leaders in our time, and I'm so glad this podcast exists. Thanks, Forward!

Fascinating and IMPORTANT Podcast!
This is an issue that demands an open, honest dialogue between both sides of the debate. Peter Beinart and Daniel Gordis have acheived something incredibly important here.
