Michele Meloy Burchfield is hard-working, competitive, and seems to be able to do it all. She rose to the executive level at Boston Beer while a nanny helped with her children. Then priorities changed. She decided to stay at home with her grade-school boys.

Not having enough to do at home, it wasn't long before Michele started a consulting company. A few years later she was as busy as ever with her consulting firm. And in her 50's, Michele started Blume Honey Water!
