I love this podcast. At my work, I write daily newsletters, and I have been including a daily quote for inspiration that usually cheers people up. After awhile, it is hard to find unique motivational quotes. Until I found this podcast. V not only delivers great quotes daily, but he adds humor, his insight, and personal wisdosm. its only about 5 minutes to start your day off right. Subscribe, just do it!! you wont regret it!

I rely on a variety of mediums to give me motivation each morning. This podcast is the newest one that I will be utilizing often. Short, powerful, relatable, and delivered by Vernon in a way that is equally funny as it is engaging.
