Our bodies are made to move, but most of our lifestyles do not align with our physical design. We are a sedentary people. Four out of five US adults do not get adequate physical activity to improve or maintain their health. 

TempleCare12 helps you create or reinforce healthy and whole habits during crazy-busy or otherwise challenging times and this 4th day stacks and supports the habit of physical exercise.
