Jared and Jordan talk about the importance of taking and giving constructive criticism and feedback not only during the process of starting a business, but in other aspects of life as well!

This week Jared and Jordan get into talking about their experience with doing their first couple of test runs and the exciting experiences they had with that. They also talk about how and why they ended up changing the location of their bullishness. Lastly, they discuss some of their thoughts with how their business was funded, and give their perspective on how you should go about looking into that as well! 

In this week's episode, we invite one of our partners, Joe Maere, to come on the show with us and give his perspective!  It is easy to see why we call him the HypeMan!  Joe gives his point of view on everything that we have discussed so far in previous episodes, as well as participating in his very first segment of "Do or Do Not"!  His insights are spectacular!

Jordan and Jared talk a little more about where the idea for their business was pitched and introduce the reasoning behind wanting to start their business; and how that was all born in Tremonton! They also delve into some of their numbers and projections they were looking at when first starting the business and give their input on what their experience was when it came to that. Closing off with talking about the importance of research and continually learning. So give this podcast a little bit of your own research, and push yourselves to learn a bit more as well ;)
