Wellllll, in light the Kirk shooting the huge number of right wingers calling for the killing of people on the left, I’ll really be looking forward to the follow up of this interview. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️REVIEW SPACE NOT PROVIDED Subject: Why not??? Referring to the months which lead up to the October 7th attack what really struck me were the reports that Netanyahu funded Hamas as a political strategy. It spoke volumes to me, it was calculated, but also felt boarder line treasonous. In light of this, it could be said that Netanyahu created the enemy he desired which was why I wasn’t surprised by how quickly the focus on the hostages wasn’t prioritized months after the attack. He’s the epitome of a desperate man with strong similarities to Trump. Protecting themselves, their political associates and allies is their highest priority. Knowing this, the words Mamdani has been criticized for saying, knowing the many ways ppl have misinterpreted, misused those words and phrases to shade the understanding of those phrases. There are many shades of grey.

Thought I was going to have refreshing listen to a discussion of the actual ‘facts’ surrounding the current state of the US. Instead I got some pretty fulsome opining by some self-satisfied podcasters. Any evidentiary facts were laughed off as ridiculous and their bias was boringly obvious. Not an objective view of facts by any stretch.

I like being able to get a little inside scoop to all these documentaries. Sine I hadn’t heard of but want to watch now! My only criticisms are #1 that I wish Matthew would stop saying he’s old and #2 that he pays a little more close attention to what the people he’s interviewing have to say. Sometimes it seems like he’s either distracted or just has a list of questions he wants to ask that don’t allow their conversational exchange to flow. But overall I enjoy this podcast.

These podcasts are perfect companion pieces to every documentary they highlight! Love this! Never gets old.
