Terri is fierce -- plain and simple. We chat about career fears, how to ask for more money at work and to know when to be Lois Lane versus Superwoman. She's the RTV6 News Director where her team has taken home multiple first-place awards. Terri is the first African-American to hold her position of newsroom leadership in Central Indiana. She's earned multiple awards including Woman of Achievement, Champion of Diversity, Women of Influence and holds a spot in Central State University Alumni Hall of Fame.
