About Thomas: "In 2011, Thomas felt a transformational emotional shift in his life. He completed the NASM Personal Training certification in service of helping others create the life they desired.

This certification began his fitness career in the Fall of 2012 teaching indoor cycling with Flywheel Sports. Since then, he has become a certified group fitness specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, and a YTT 200hr certified Yoga instructor.

Thomas blazed the trail for indoor cycling instructors in Dallas and led the Flywheel instructor team from 2013-2019, traveling to teach and train instructors across the country in multiple formats. Currently he is teaching for Equinox  and City Yoga in Dallas, TX while also acting as an ambassador for Entity Muscle Balm and Every Man Jack, and a Legacy ambassador for Lululemon.  Thomas has started the transition into Life Coaching as well and would love to explore how he can help  let your true being shine and to share it with the world!
