Do you need a reset? I think a lot of us feel a certain drive to readjust our lives after this pandemic.
Today's episode is about recognizing the need to reset yourself. Resetting is about gaining and regaining perspective and control when you’re letting your emotions run wild. By taking a moment to reset, we are consciously choosing rather than unconsciously recreating. During times of anger, frustration, and other negative emotions, create more inner peace by taking a step back and readjusting the trajectory of your thoughts.
