17 year old Selin Ozunaldim joins “Exploring with Experts” to discuss her activism in Istanbul, Turkey. Selin is the youngest representative of the UNWomen’s global gender equality movement, “HeForShe” in Turkey, is one of 300 teenagers selected to be a UN Gender Youth Activist, and brought the “Girls Who Code” movement to Turkey. Selin also discusses imposter syndrome, anxiety, and the balance of being involved in multiple organizations.

Dr. Anu Kumar joins the podcast to discuss the push to repeal the Helms Amendment, the future of abortions in America under a new Supreme Court, the global gag rule, and colonialism in healthcare.   Dr. Kumar is the president at IPAS, an international reproductive health and rights organization that was founded in 1972.
