Do you have a hard time balancing all of the different sides of yourself? In this episode, I’m joined by my friend, Lily Goodman, to have an insightful conversation on how finding balance and allowing all parts of ourselves to be expressed (no matter how opposite they are) can deepen our human experience.
We talk about Lily’s personal experience balancing her spiritual side with obtaining a law degree and what the sudden loss of her stepdad taught her about balancing grace and effort while studying for her exam. She shares how the creation of her guided journal helped support her through her grieving process, how tarot can be a strong tool for self-inquiry, and much more.
Lily is a yoga teacher, Reiki master, and tarot reader living in Richmond, Virginia. She founded Crystal Chakra Yogi to share these modalities with her clients and help guide them on their journey to finding peace. Lily believes that as we each cultivate our own personal peace practices, we simultaneously bring more serenity to the world. Her company vision is to help inspire a global peace movement by empowering individuals with tools to guide them on their journey toward peace. Outside of these practices, Lily services others through human rights activism and will attend law school in the fall of 2024.

What is the role of our energy in healing from disease and other health conditions? In this episode, I talk with Danielle Sims about the different ways to support your healing journey. You’ll learn about EFT tapping and mirror work, explore the importance of not identifying with your diagnosis, and how powerful it is to decide that you can heal.
Danielle is a Branti and Angelic Energy Healer, EFT Practitioner, and Akashic Records Reader who feels most at home when she’s barefoot in the dirt, hugging trees, or hitting the hiking trails. She was first introduced to spirituality in 2020 when she began healing from multiple autoimmune diseases. This led to the world of emotional healing, and she hasn’t looked back since. Danielle has a gift for grounding her clients’ energy and reading their subconscious minds to clear out any limiting beliefs or karmic patterns getting in their way of healing, and she also has a deep love for all things holistic health.
Topics covered in this episode:
The importance of opening up your detox pathways to support your body
EFT tapping and a short session you can try yourself

There’s a certain magic in expressing ourselves on paper that allows us to let go of our inner struggles and make room for personal growth. In this episode, I’m joined by author and entrepreneur Remy Road to talk about her journey of healing and the creation of her new poetry book, Tonight I’m with the Moon.
Remy shares with us the journey of creating her book and how it’s allowed her to release an old version of herself into the world. We also chat about her business, the Onion Skin Journal, and the artistry of how it’s made. There is a deeper conversation behind this episode about honoring your true self, releasing the perfectionism around spirituality, and accepting the duality of life.

How do relationships affect us on a deeper level? In today’s episode, I unpack how the people we surround ourselves with, whether friendships, romantic relationships, or mentors, become a mirror for ourselves.
When we can look at ourselves from a best friend's perspective, this loving, non-judgmental point of view of ourselves can help us push toward goals that our ego may think are too big or too out of reach. Are you surrounding yourself with people who believe in you and aren't afraid of being straightforward and honest if you aren't being your best self? Or are you surrounding yourself with people who bring you down and tip-toe around the truth - or worse - judge and bring you down?
The people we’re in close proximity to in life affect us in major ways. What energy are you choosing? If you have more thoughts on the topic, I would love to hear from you! Reach out to me on Instagram or through email, and let’s continue to expand the conversation.
