So much wonderfully clear , concise, and comprehensible knowledge in every episode. I’ve listened to several episodes and have not enjoyed a single one. And there are always great nuggets of wisdom and insight. Thanks fellas!!! Huge fan.

Not just security, they do all kinds of topics episode 73 is my favourite none defence episode.

The second show with Mike Brown seemed to be tailored just for me.. great insight for anyone, but especially for those of us that have just started our Jiu Jitsu journey!

The guys do a great job on a variety of topics. Really enjoy the podcasts. Definitely worth the time to listen. Learn new stuff every time. Keep up the good work!

Insightful information and a great group of guys. Conversations flow easily and personalities stand out, which makes for enjoyable listening. I feel like I’m being challenged yet supported in learning new things (for me anyway). Well with the listen. I started with EP 37.....intriguing for sure.
