There comes a time in your life when change is necessary. Of course, change is uncomfortable; yet necessary. Fear comes to kill, steal and destroy. Transformation may require you to let go of some people, no matter how bad it hurts. If your company is not helping you become the best version of yourself, why hold on? Matthew
