Carter has the run down on just about anything (or everything?) you could ask for. Whether it's staying healthy or dealing with the stress of our uncertain times, she offers wholesome and grounded advice with her own sass and positivity. Anyone who can make you laugh and ponder the major questions of life all in one episode is worth the time. Then again I'm biased being the #1 fan. But seriously give her a listen!

Would I vote for myself in a presidential election, yes. So why wouldn't I write a review for myself? If I don't believe in me who will? I personally love the podcast and hope you reading this makes you laugh, but also feel like writing a review for me so mine isn't lonely.
