I’ve spent over a decade working with clients and doing spiritual or therapeutic guidance studying experiences that bring meaning and purpose to our lives, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned it’s our minds create our reality and at a certain point in our journey we reach a place where healing or suffering becomes a choice.
