Nobody wants pain and suffering in their life, but pretending like it isn’t happening doesn’t help you move through the pain. In fact, if we skip the lessons, we’ll likely repeat them over and over.
In this episode we encourage you to explore the depths of your feelings, the highs and the lows. The range of emotions we feel creates a richness to our lives and helps us manifest our dreams even quicker. You don’t have to be okay all the time, and when you’re not, explore it and get support if you need it.
