Imagine spending time in an exquisite space where mothers and caregivers can receive self-care services while the little ones are safely entertained in the play gym...that's the Lullabar
As friends and new mothers, Stephanie Issa and Christine Ong Forsythe longed for a space to meet up that was different. Rather than having play dates in chaotic spaces that were completely kid-centered, they thought it would be great to actually connect with one another while their kids were having fun.
So, they created The Lullabar! A truly unique space in Carlsbad, California. The Lullabar includes a coffee bar, cafe, spa services like manis and pedis and even workshops. It sounds like heaven right? But even better, it includes a play gym where kids are looked after and can have fun while their cargiver does, well, whatever they want!
We loved learning about their concept and they are just about to launch their space. With an extraordinary wait list of over 1,500 people, it's obvious the need they are filling is great.
And if you aren't in the San Diego area, you can still connect with their supportive mom-centric vibe by joining their community on Instagram and show some love for their concept and connect with other caregivers. This is definitely a space we wish we had when we were new mamas!
Peace and Love,
Gina + Kristina
