The Ever Evolving Podcast is a space that I have created to connect with people over topics relating to self development, mental health, spirituality, astrology, the universe and so much more!  A bit about me, growing up I struggled with my mental health before I even knew that mental health was a thing! Since beginning my healing journey, I have felt very passionate about speaking up on the topic of mental health as it was, and still can be, marked as taboo! In 2020 (covid-19 lockdown times), I experienced a coming home to myself which I could only describe as a spiritual awakening, or reawakening.
